Assassins is a revue-style musical depicting historical events in USA from 1865-1974, written by Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman. Most of the characters portrayed are based on real men and women who assassinated (or attempted to assassinate) Presidents of the United States.
Auditions are open to non-members, no appointment necessary. Just drop in once during the times below:
Friday 26 January 6-9pm
Saturday 27 January 3.30pm-7.30pm
Call-backs will be Sunday 28 January from 2pm.
If you need to audition at a particular time or cannot make the dates and times above, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate.
The characters in Assassins are bold and varied. The full team will be a true ensemble cast, with a mixture of talents and strengths. E.g. All actors must sing, but several do not sing alone. Many parts require strong character actors, some demand excellent comic timing and others must be strong singers with the ability to act through song.
